
Fact 1:
Moral development focuses on the emergence, change and understanding of morality from infancy through adulthood.
Fact 2:
It is defined as principles for how individuals ought to treat one another, with respect to justice, others’ welfare, and rights. (MacKay, 2005)
Fact 3:
Examining our lives to uncover inconsistencies and then modifying our moral standards and behaviors so that they are consistent is an important part of moral development. (MacKay, 2005)
