Ethical Behavior or Ethical Practice: why is it good for us?

Ethical behavior refers to the actual application or use of an idea, belief, or method, as opposed to theories resulting to it.

Good values are achieved when people act in ways that are consistent with what individuals and society perceive as good values.

Ethical behavior tends to be good for business and involves demonstrating respect for key moral principles that include honesty, fairness, equality, dignity, diversity and individual rights. (Baier, A., 2005)
